The Bonve FHM2 is a mixing, homogenizing, and emulsifying pump designed for cosmetic-grade foundation liquids
The FHM2-140 model is specifically engineered for precise emulsification processes of such formulations, featuring a design flow rate of 1–2 m³/h and operating pressure ≤0.2 MPa. Its two-stage stator-rotor structure ensures efficient shear action and homogeneous dispersion. All flow components are constructed from stainless steel 304, with DN50 flange connections at both inlet and outlet, and employs a unique forward-right discharge configuration. Equipped with dual-end face water-cooled mechanical seals, it provides effective temperature control to maintain consistent product quality during emulsification. With its compact design, the pump meets stringent requirements for cleanliness and homogeneity in cosmetic production, making it ideal for continuous processing of medium-to-low viscosity fluids such as foundation liquids and emulsions.
Bonve homogenizer's main parts are stators and rotors. At centrifugal and fluid forces created by rapid turning of the rotors, the stators exercise on the materials with strong power shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, turbulent. The processed materials (solid, fluid and gas phase) are quickly refined, homogenized, dis-aggregated and emulsified. The repeat of this process can result in stable and high-quality products.
FHM3 homogenizer mixing pump is an extension of the FHM1 type. The working chamber is composed of a total of 12 layers of three-stage rotor and stator. Proceed products are dispersed, refined and emulsified by the rotor and stator in stages. FHM3 series is an high-efficiency ultra-fine homogeneous pump with mixing, dispersion, breaking, dissolution, refinery, homogenization, emulsifying and transporting. The sealing of FHM3 series can be either double-face or single-face according to the properties of the processed materials. It also can have heating insulation or cooling device if required by the users.
FHM3 series is suitable for large and medium batch continuous online production or cyclic processing production process. It can greatly simplify the traditional production and upgrade the production efficiency and product quality.

The flow in the table refers to the data taking water as medium. For liquid with poor liquidity, Bonve lobe pump is advised to be installed before the homogenizer mixing pump.
