1. Packing Sealing Device (Gland Packing Seal)

As a traditional and widely used industrial shaft seal, it consists of four key structural components: shaft sleeve, stuffing box, packing and lantern ring, boasting simple structure and low maintenance cost. It effectively protects pump shafts from medium corrosion and mechanical wear, completely cuts off internal and external leakage paths, and uses the lantern ring to realize continuous lubrication and cooling for components, prolonging the overall service life of pump parts.

Improper installation is the main cause of packing seal leakage. Standard installation requires intact and scratch-free shaft sleeve, working condition-matched sealing packing and staggered joint assembly process. Precise and uniform gland tightening forms a stable protective lubricating water film for long-lasting effective sealing, avoiding excessive friction and component burnout.

2. Mechanical Seal Device

The precision packing-free mechanical seal perfectly fits low-leakage high-standard industrial working conditions. It adopts high-precision end-face fitting technology. Driven by elastic pre-tightening force and medium pressure, it avoids direct metal dry friction and achieves ultra-low leakage and high-stability long-term operation, meeting industrial strict sealing standards.

Various mechanical seals are available to adapt to diverse complex working scenarios. Double-end seals realize near-zero leakage for toxic and hazardous media. Unbalanced seals suit conventional low-pressure working conditions, while balanced seals effectively reduce end-face bearing pressure for harsh working conditions, fully covering all mainstream pump sealing application needs.
