Peak efficiency does not represent the actual energy consumption of daily operation.The efficiency curves provided by suppliers are usually the highest efficiency point data measured under standard working conditions and rated parameters.However,the working conditions in actual production often fluctuate,and it is difficult to stay in the optimal efficiency range stably for a long time.When the working conditions deviate,the actual operating efficiency of the equipment will change significantly.More critically,operating electricity costs are only part of the full-cycle cost of pumps.The sum of these hidden costs,including spare parts procurement costs,maintenance man-hour input,and downtime capacity loss,often far exceeds initial procurement and energy consumption expenditures.When selecting models,you cannot only compare the efficiency parameters of a single device.You can require suppliers to calculate the comprehensive life cycle cost,including all inputs such as procurement,energy consumption,operation and maintenance,and then make horizontal comparisons of different schemes,and the conclusion will be more objective.

Sample parameters are based on standard working conditions,and model selection must match actual on-site conditions.Performance parameters such as flow rate and pressure on product samples are reference values obtained under standard test conditions with clean water or standard viscosity media.In actual production,factors such as medium particle content,fiber impurities,temperature fluctuations,inlet liquid level status,and start-stop frequency will directly change the actual operation performance of the equipment.Selecting models only based on sample parameters can easily lead to actual performance failing to meet expectations.During model selection and docking,try to provide complete on-site working condition information,including medium composition,solid content,viscosity range,working temperature,start-stop frequency,etc.,so as to make the model selection scheme more suitable for actual on-site needs.
