Pay attention to the vibration of the machine body and seal leakage during daily operation.Slight leakage is allowed,but linear dripping is strictly prohibited.Regularly calibrate the coupling between the pump shaft and the motor shaft;replace the lubricating oil in the gearbox in the first month of operation for new pumps,and then replace it every 500 hours of operation.After stopping the pump for transporting crystallizable corrosive media,it is necessary to drain the residual liquid in the pump chamber and clean the cavity;idle equipment should be stored in a dry environment free of corrosive gases,and strictly prevent bumps and scratches on the rotor and sealing surfaces during disassembly and inspection.
