During operation,the two rotors in the pump chamber rotate in opposite directions driven by synchronous gears and maintain a safe operating clearance.As the rotors rotate,the medium is continuously filled in the chamber and smoothly pushed to the outlet.According to the working condition requirements of different viscosities and pressures,the operating clearance between the rotor and the pump chamber can be designed and adjusted to ensure continuous,stable and efficient conveying process.

In terms of structural design,the rotary lobe pump adopts modular gearbox design.The same gearbox can be adapted to different models,and the same specification mechanical seal can be used interchangeably among multiple models,effectively reducing users'spare parts inventory and later maintenance costs.The gearbox adopts a split structure.By replacing the support base and adjusting the installation direction,it can realize flexible switching of inlet and outlet directions in four directions:up,down,left and right,adapting to the diverse pipeline layout requirements on site.

The inlet and outlet of the pump chamber adopt large-opening design,which effectively reduces the occurrence of cavitation,makes the entry of high viscosity materials smoother,and is not prone to retention and blockage.The equipment is equipped with built-in balanced mechanical seal and supports CIP cleaning-in-place.The mechanical seal can be replaced without disassembling the pump chamber,which greatly improves maintenance efficiency.Moreover,it adopts a mechanical seal structure composed of rotating and stationary rings,with more reliable sealing performance.

In addition,the high-strength split support base provides higher structural strength to ensure stable operation of the equipment under different pressure working conditions.The gearbox is supported by 3 sets of 6 bearings,which further improves the operation stability and service life of the whole machine.The equipment also provides various installation forms such as standard type and mechanical seal flushing type to meet the special requirements of complex processes.
