 01. Starch Syrup Transfer Pump

Starch syrup processing involves procedures such as liquefaction injection and flash evaporation discharge. Bonve rotor pumps have developed different types of rotor pumps for different procedures in the sugar industry to meet conveying requirements. Bonve's low-speed crystallized sugar pump is used for crystallized sugar conveying, with no shearing to avoid damaging crystals, ensuring particle integrity and enhancing the quality of crystallized sugar products.

Yogurt conveying demands high hygiene standards for pumps. Bonve rotor pumps feature high precision, small clearances, and minimal material backflow. Paired with a new two-lobe rotor operating at low speed, they do not shear the probiotics in yogurt, preserving their characteristics and enhancing product taste.

Specifically designed for high-viscosity, large-particle, high-solid-content sauce conditions like hot pot base, this pump adopts a new two-lobe rotor structure. It can smoothly convey large particle materials such as chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, and beef fat chunks. Compared to traditional rotor pumps, it significantly reduces the risks of jamming and shear damage, ensuring production continuity and the flavor integrity of the base.

 04. Filling Transfer Pump

Addressing the conveying challenges of food fillings, such as high solid content, poor fluidity, and strict hygiene requirements, our company innovatively designed a square hopper structure. By shortening the distance between the hopper and the pump chamber, it greatly improves the feeding efficiency for high-viscosity, high-solid-content fillings, achieving gentle, continuous, and hygienic filling conveying.

 05. Large Particle Fruit Jam Transfer Pump

For jam conditions involving large, easily breakable particles like strawberry pulp and coconut, the process strictly prohibits extrusion damage. Bonve rotor pumps utilize a specially customized rotor structure to achieve gentle, non-shear conveying. This preserves the complete form of fruit pieces while ensuring smooth, continuous feeding of high-viscosity jam.
