1. All-Stainless Steel Wetted Parts, Building a Pure Defense Line

In the food, biopharmaceutical and fine chemical industries, the material of the pump is related to product safety. Traditional pump heads are mostly made of carbon steel or ordinary alloys, which are prone to corrosion and impurity precipitation when in contact with acidic or oxidizing media, causing cross-contamination. The upgraded product has effectively changed this situation: the pump head in contact with the medium is integrally made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel through precision casting. With its excellent acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance, this material can easily cope with the long-term erosion of various corrosive media.

At the same time, the inner wall of the pump head has undergone strict mirror polishing, with the surface roughness controlled within Ra ≤ 0.4μm. This effectively eliminates material adhesion and microbial growth, and each cleaning can be thorough and clean, fully complying with GMP and FDA hygiene standards. In addition, the good toughness of 304 stainless steel also brings stronger impact resistance to the pump head. In the face of pipeline pressure fluctuations or accidental water hammer, it can effectively avoid cracking and deformation, ensuring long-term stable flow output.

2. Cast Iron Transmission System, Consolidating the Power Foundation

If the pump head determines the purity of the medium, the transmission system determines the service life and energy consumption of the equipment. In the selection of gearbox materials, the Bonve design team chose to return to the physical essence based on multiple considerations and selected high-strength gray cast iron (HT250) as the box material.

The structure of cast iron endows it with natural shock absorption and noise reduction characteristics, which can effectively absorb high-frequency vibrations generated by gear meshing, thereby greatly reducing the operating noise of the whole machine and creating a better working environment for bearings and seals. After sufficient aging treatment, the cast iron box achieves extremely high dimensional stability. Even under long-term full-load operation, it can ensure that the gears are always in the best meshing state, avoiding efficiency reduction caused by box deformation. In addition, the good thermal conductivity of cast iron, combined with the heat dissipation rib design on the box surface, can quickly conduct the heat generated by gear friction, effectively delay the aging of lubricating oil, and fundamentally prevent shaft locking failures caused by high temperatures.
