In industrial production processes, the fluid conveying link may seem ordinary, but it directly affects the operating efficiency of the entire production line. Many enterprises, when handling viscous materials, particle-laden slurries, or sanitary filling tasks, frequently experience issues such as frequent shutdowns, degraded material quality, or exceeding metering error tolerances due to improper equipment selection. Choosing the right conveying equipment is a critical step in guaranteeing production continuity.

-Bonve Pump Cam-type Twin Rotor Pump-
The BV Series rotor pumps launched by Bonve Pump operate on the principle of positive displacement volumetric conveying, paired with a modular design approach that enables flexible adjustment of configuration solutions according to different working conditions. This product series covers the complete model matrix from BV12-05 to BV12-400, with a flow rate range of 0.5 m³/h to 400 m³/h, a maximum pressure of up to 1.2 MPa, and compatibility with media viscosity of 1 to 2,500,000 Cp, capable of meeting the conveying needs of the vast majority of industrial scenarios.
The speed adjustment range is 20 to 600 RPM, allowing operators to flexibly adjust according to media characteristics: high-viscosity materials run at low speed to reduce shear force, while low-viscosity media can increase speed to improve conveying efficiency. The equipment follows the operating principle that flow rate is proportional to rotational speed and inversely proportional to pressure, facilitating on-site commissioning based on actual process parameters. Inlet and outlet connections provide various forms such as clamp and flange, with diameters covering DN25 to DN400, enabling direct connection to existing pipelines and reducing on-site modification workload.
The choice of rotor type directly determines conveying effectiveness. Butterfly-type rotors have long sealing lines and stable pressure performance, suitable for high and low viscosity media, particle-containing materials, and strong corrosion conditions, with strong versatility. Three-lobe rotors have minimal shear action, do not easily generate bubbles during conveying, and have smooth flow and pressure fluctuations, suitable for high-concentration, high-viscosity materials sensitive to bubbles. Multi-lobe rotors can be configured with up to 10 blades; the more blades, the smaller the conveying pulse and the higher the metering accuracy, enabling them to serve as a metering pump, adapted for process links such as quantitative dosing and timed conveying.
The pump head structure also supports customized selection. The top-inlet bottom-outlet type structure is designed specifically for materials with poor fluidity, reducing material residue in the pump chamber and facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The jacketed pump head is equipped with water or steam jackets to maintain constant-temperature conveying, adapting to heat-sensitive and easily crystallized materials. A built-in safety valve can automatically relieve pressure during pipeline overpressure, protecting the pump body and downstream equipment. The CIP/SIP sanitary structure supports in-place cleaning and sterilization operations, meeting the high sanitary standard requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Drive control solutions also offer multiple choices: stepless variable speed drive allows manual flow adjustment with a wide speed range; fixed-speed gear drive has strong load-bearing capacity, paired with a variable frequency motor to achieve automatic flow regulation; square inlet design enlarges the flow cross-section, making high-solids material feeding smoother and less prone to bridging blockage; PLC + variable frequency control achieves intelligent integration, supporting quantitative, timed, and constant-pressure conveying, and can be connected to the plant-wide automation system.
For the quantitative filling needs of food, daily chemical, fine chemical and other industries, Bonve has specifically launched a sanitary filling metering rotor pump. This model has a flow rate range of 1-100 L/min, metering accuracy of ±5‰, and minimum volume error of ±5g. The equipment is paired with synchronous or servo motors and a digital control unit; it delivers stable high-frequency start-stop operation, supports pulse and analog signal input, can directly connect to automated production lines, and meets CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization requirements, suitable for quantitative filling of solid-liquid two-phase and multi-viscosity materials.
Currently, this series of products has been widely applied in fields such as environmental sludge, kitchen waste slurry, chemical resins, coatings and adhesive liquids, food sauces, daily chemical pastes, fine chemical additives, covering various process links such as conveying, material transfer, circulation, quantitative dosing, and aseptic filling. Bonve Pump not only provides standardized products, but also offers one-on-one working condition selection services, matching corresponding rotor types, pump head structures, and drive systems based on media viscosity, solid content, temperature, sanitary grade, and automation needs, avoiding shutdown losses caused by selection errors.
